Standard pump with tri-lobe rotors manufactured entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel, mounted on a cast iron bearing frame with epoxy paint coating.
Pre-assembled double tapered roller bearings, high precision timing gears with timing devices. Oil lubricated and device for axial shaft adjustment.
A chamber providing separation between rotor case and bearing frame, enables the fitting of balanced compact-reversible type mechanical seals.
• ST VERSION: Standard tri-lobe rotors
• SM VERSION: Tri-lobe with increased tolerances for heavy high temperature duty
• HP VERSION: For High pressure up to 20 bar
• PR VERSION: Rotors and lobes in anti-seizure alloy with minimal clearances (improved volumetric efficiency and dosing duty)
